About Me.
My Journey
After building a strong technical background in IT electronics in the early 2000´s
I went back to school to accquire university access rights. While studing my major
Food Science and Economy I added several topics from other disciplines to my curriculum;
Political Science, Ecology, Biology and Forestry Science. Being a guest student at
universities in Finland, Poland and China helped me establish a link to the KNUST in Ghana
to compose my Master Thesis. After finishing my studies I worked as a lecturer in Market
Economics at the CAU in Kiel.
Restarting my carrer in IT in the field of project management helped my to find my current
passion. Starting as a Scrum Master I realised that I want to help people find and
cultivate their strengths. Therefore a formal one year long systemic business education was
the next step for me.
